Both — we support on-premises/self-hosted deployment, cloud, or a hybrid setup (e.g. database and business logic on-prem, AI inference in cloud, or fully local) depending on your data residency and compliance requirements.

We are model-agnostic. We can use commercial LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), your own LLM keys (BYOC), or run open-source models locally for sensitive workloads so no data ever leaves your infrastructure. The choice depends on the specific application and sensitivity of the data involved.

We built our own modular business platform in-house — covering ERP, CRM, HR, Finance & Accounting, Inventory, Helpdesk, POS, and more — rather than integrating a patchwork of third-party SaaS tools. This means the AI agent has direct, structured access to live business data across all modules, instead of stitching together APIs from different vendors with inconsistent data models.

Our architecture is built so AI is never the source of truth — it is a layer on top of a deterministic system, not a replacement for one. First, all business records (invoices, transactions, approvals, ledger entries) are created and stored through deterministic, rule-based APIs, not generated or inferred by AI — the AI can read, summarize, suggest, and draft, but it does not own the data, which deliberately minimizes how much of the system depends on AI confidence. Second, AI never auto-posts financial entries or commits irreversible actions on its own — it proposes, and a human or a deterministic business rule confirms. Third, in the few places AI does touch raw input (e.g. document or receipt extraction), low-confidence results are flagged for manual review before they can become part of the record, rather than being trusted outright. We do not claim 100% accuracy for anything generative — no vendor honestly can. What we guarantee is that a wrong AI output can never silently become a wrong business record.
